Is it really free?
Yes. With Basic you claim your listing and keep it up to date without paying a thing. It never expires and we never ask for a card. You only pay if you choose Pro or Top.
How do you check the business is mine?
Instantly, if you sign up with your business email: an address on the same domain as its website, or one published on that website. With any other email, our team checks it by hand. Either way, you sign in with a code we send you, no password needed.
What does Pro include?
A photo gallery; your website, WhatsApp, phone and social links on show; your own description and “What stands out”; a starting price and up to 3 offers; contact buttons on your page and in the rankings you appear in, with the “Pro profile” badge; and no competitors on your page. Editing your hours, address and services is free on Basic.
How does Top work?
Top puts your business in a featured spot (Top 1, 2 or 3) in a ranking it already appears in, and includes Pro. Each spot goes to one business at a time. You’ll see the price and availability once you choose your business and the ranking.
Does paying change my position in the ranking?
The ranking order is editorial, and Pro doesn’t buy a better position: it improves how your listing looks, not where it sits. Top is the only option that gives you a more visible spot, and it’s clearly marked “Top”. The rest of the ranking keeps its order.
Is there a free trial? Does it renew automatically?
Yes. Pro and Top start with 7 free days, once per business. We ask for your card at the start, but you won’t be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After that, they renew automatically every year. There’s no lock-in: cancel anytime from your dashboard and you won’t be charged again. When the paid period ends, your listing stays live on Basic.
What if my business isn’t listed?
Ask us to add it in the first step. Before publishing it, we check the category, the location and whether it fits the ranking. It’s free.
